across various channels and formats. The team collaborates with progressive thinkers from multiple operational and marketing units to shape and elevate the overall partner journey.
Get to Know the Role
The
Communications Senior Specialist
serves as the voice of the organization for merchant-partners, driver-partners, delivery-partners, and peer-operators across different services and verticals. You will be responsible for establishing narrative direction, crafting communications, and developing campaigns across digital channels such as in-app platforms, blogs, email, SMS, and social media.
A key aspect of the role is the ability to adjust tone, writing style, and messaging based on the intended audience while maintaining strict alignment with brand guidelines. You will work closely with Operations and other business teams to produce clear, impactful, and partner-focused communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication requests and campaigns from briefing to delivery; must meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with communications, operations, creative, and marketing teams to ensure all outputs are on-brief and delivered on time.
- Support local campaigns and project-based communication needs (ad-hoc or planned).
- Craft strong narratives and messaging for clear and compelling communications across multiple channels.
- Produce well-written, actionable content that influences behavior and supports key metrics.
- Finalize, proofread, and prepare materials for publishing.
- Ensure all messaging adheres to brand guidelines, narrative direction, and tonality standards.
- Publish communications and campaigns through various tools and platforms (in-app, SMS, social media, blog, etc.).
- Collaborate with insights, analytics, and cross-functional teams to build automated communication flows across the partner lifecycle.
- Develop and enhance driver/partner lifecycle journeys.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in
Communications, Journalism
, or a related field. - At least
2 years of relevant experience
in content production, content management, or communications. - Knowledgeable in
content marketing
, digital marketing, mobile marketing, and campaign launches. - Understanding of
transport, mobility, or automotive industries
is preferred. - Ability to drive is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
English and Filipino
. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Skilled in problem analysis, problem solving, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills; proactive, self-driven, and accountable.
- Collaborative mindset; enjoys working as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google productivity tools.
- Familiarity with
WordPress CMS
is an advantage but not required. - Exceptional command of spelling, punctuation, syntax, and grammar.
- Comfortable receiving constructive criticism and refining work accordingly.
- Able to present themselves professionally across all communication channels.
