In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and managing strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, supporting the execution of payment systems and technologies, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banking and financial institutions to enhance payment offerings.
  • Execute day-to-day operations of payment systems and technologies with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve payment objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Identify cost-effective payment methods and opportunities for improvement within the payment ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    2+ years of experience
    in banking, financial institutions, digital payments, or credit card payment operations.
  • Strong understanding of banking and payment systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
