What you will do:

  • Deliver annual business objectives and strategic brand pillars on Communications
  • Maintain the consistency and quality of branding across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand's guidelines and overall identity
  • Develop implementation plans and checklist to monitor all on-going initiatives accordingly
  • Implement and manage
    Social Media
    strategy including content creation and the likes
  • Implement and manage
    PR (media / KOL)
    strategy including delivering media/KOL posting plans
  • Implement and manage annual
    Communications Calendar
    such as digital advertising and mall marketing.
  • Plan and budget for communications programs and initiatives
  • Deliver KPIs and provide reports on each communications initiatives
  • Build long-term relationships with all relevant suppliers & vendors
  • Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed

People Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members in execution and relationship management.
  • Manage country marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of all marketing campaigns
  • Gather insights from country marketing teams to tailor campaigns for local markets.
