About the role

Tailor Made Outsourcing is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a part-time position, offering the flexibility to work remotely. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within our diverse client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions across various industries
  2. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and experience to ensure the best fit
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
  4. Maintain a robust pipeline of talented candidates and effectively manage the recruitment process
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  6. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices

What we're looking for

  1. 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the HR and Recruitment industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  3. Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  6. A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
