Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist located in Angeles. The specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. Additionally, the role involves enhancing employer branding strategies, maintaining personnel records, and collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Proficient in Hiring processes and practices
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
