As a Non-Voice Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing transactions through written channels such as chat and email. You will play a key role in upholding our commitment to timely, accurate, and customer-friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries through chat and email in a courteous and professional tone.
  • Use internal systems and knowledge bases to research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues.
  • Process account updates, orders, billing requests, and other transactional tasks.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level teams when needed.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or higher (college/university degree is a plus).
  • Excellent written English skills, with strong grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.
  • Fast and accurate typing ability; comfort handling high-volume chat or email traffic.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules (including nights / weekends) depending on client needs.
