SP Mamplasan Packaging Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Biñan Plant

  • The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the assigned line/s following the implementation of applicable maintenance, quality, occupational safety anchored with business needs and objectives.
  • The maintenance supervisor ensures mobilization and coordinates with the involved department to conduct corrective and preventive maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical components of the lines as needed and scheduled. The main
  • The maintenance supervisor implements capital expenditure projects, repairs and maintenance while ensuring alignment with appropriate budget and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • at least undergraduate of any engineering course, preferably mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering; certification is an advantage
  • with at least 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry, at least 1 yr in a supervisory
  • with prominent leadership, communication ad basic management (planning, leading, organizing and controlling) skills, communication skills, team player, keen on details, and organized record keeping skills
  • with proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • with excellent people management skilles, backed with solid experience in coaching, mentoring, employee discipline, p[performance management, talent development and change management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
