About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc.'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehousing and distribution facility in Binan City Laguna. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of our supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including order pickers, packers, and loaders, to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and protocols to maximize space utilization and inventory management
  • Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Liaise with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility, equipment, and machinery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Generate detailed reports and analysis to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, semicon or EMS Industry
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control procedures, and supply chain operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace
