Job Summary:

The Engineering Supervisor oversees the maintenance, reliability, and technical operations of all plant machinery and equipment. This role leads a team of technicians to ensure continuous, efficient manufacturing by executing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, supervising the maintenance team and assisting with administrative duties.
  • Plan and execute long-term preventive maintenance programs and capital projects.
  • Perform major repairs and troubleshoot production problems to minimize downtime.
  • Manage and develop the engineering team, providing technical training and assigning tasks.
  • Maintain and update engineering documents, including equipment manuals, SOPs, and maintenance records.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and provide technical support for new equipment installations and trials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering supervision.
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance systems, equipment troubleshooting, and project coordination.
  • Proficient in reading technical manuals, reviewing maintenance records, and implementing safety protocols.
  • Good leadership, planning, and communication skills with strong attention to operational efficiency and compliance.
