CITICON is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance of our fleet comprised primarily of transit mixers, pumpcretes, and dump trucks. The Maintenance Manager provides direction to the Maintenance Head and the Maintenance Supervisors of each plant, ensuring the efficient performance of each team from diagnosis to troubleshooting and PMS implementation.


Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Oversight

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and approve preventive & corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure roadworthiness, compliance, and good running condition of all vehicles and equipment.
  • Establish and track fleet performance metrics (KPIs), including downtime and repair costs.
  • Develop medium- and long-term strategies for fleet replacement, expansion, and retirement, recommending and justifying capital expenditures.

Fleet Operations Oversight

  • Ensure maximum availability and optimal utilization of transit mixers, dump trucks, pumpcretes, and support equipment.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols for drivers and maintenance personnel.
  • Monitor daily dispatch readiness in coordination with Operations.
  • Implement fuel management and cost control measures.

Budget, Reporting & Team Management

  • Manage the fleet's operating budget (repairs, tires, fuel, spare parts).
  • Prepare timely reports on fleet performance and cost efficiency.
  • Review performance and develop training programs for the team.
  • Provide recommendations to top management on equipment investment decisions, risk mitigation, and operational improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. PRC License is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in fleet management within ready-mix concrete, construction, mining and/or logistics operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-branch operations and large-scale fleets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
