About the role

As a Facilities Supervisor at Valor Global, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art facility in Binan City Laguna. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the building, equipment, and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to proactively address potential issues and minimize downtime
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with relevant standards
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services to support maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and address facility-related issues that may impact productivity or the work environment
  • Ensure the proper documentation and record-keeping of all maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance-related tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in facilities management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilities management or maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the engineering or BPO industry
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, environmental compliance, and sustainability best practices
  • Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other facilities management software
