About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media Strategist who can own the strategy and scripting before content is produced. You will shape direction across formats, channels, and narratives so the content producer and editor have a clear plan. You will create scripts, outlines, and talk tracks that make filming easy and increase performance. You must be deeply plugged into culture, creator behaviour, and trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will turn insights into concepts, scripts, and content plans that feel authentic, timely, and effective.
What You Will Do
Build content strategies for each brand including themes, angles, hooks, and story structure
Develop monthly content plans with ideas supported by trends, audience insights, and platform best practice
Script short form videos including hooks, key points, transitions, and CTAs
Create outlines and talk tracks for founders and creators to follow when filming
Produce concepts and briefs that guide the producer and editor before shoot or edit
Analyse competitors, audience behaviour, and category trends to shape direction
Spot trends early and translate them into brand aligned concepts
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, positioning, and growth objectives
Track performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation
Collaborate with founders, producers, and editors to maintain clarity and alignment
What You Bring
Experience building social strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Strong copywriting and scripting skills for short form content
Clear understanding of hooks, retention techniques, and audience psychology
Ability to translate insights into simple, actionable creative direction
Deep awareness of social trends, formats, and platform shifts
Strong communication and organisational skills
Bonus if you have experience working with creators or consumer brands

Ability to increase workload across more brands
Fully remote with flexible schedule
Paid per brand with room for growth
