We're looking for a 
Social Media Manager
 who understands the full ecosystem of modern social media: from 
aesthetics to trends, content planning to execution.

Someone who knows what works, why it works, and how to grow pages across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow 
    multiple client social media pages
     (mainly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
  • Understand each brand's tone and 
    create cohesive content calendars
    .
  • Oversee 
    content planning, editing, posting, and community engagement
    .
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and creative strategists to ensure top-quality output.
  • Analyze performance data and suggest actions to 
    increase reach and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends and maintain strong visual 
    aesthetic consistency
    .
  • Collaborate with project managers and creative teams for campaign execution.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing 
    multiple social media accounts or clients.
  • Strong understanding of 
    aesthetic branding, storytelling, and content flow.
  • Comfortable handling the full process — 
    from ideation to posting.
  • Knows how to make a 
    content plan that drives organic growth and engagement.
  • Excellent English communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with tools like 
    Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, ClickUp, or Notion.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with 
    real estate, retail, or service-based brands.
  • Ability to assist in running 
    paid ad campaigns
     or analyzing insights.
  • Understanding of 
    short-form content formats (Reels/TikTok).
