About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to run the day-to-day content posting and community engagement for a growing podcast brand. This role ensures the content produced by the editing team reaches the right audiences with consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage posting schedule across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

  • Write captions, hashtags, and platform-optimized descriptions

  • Engage with the audience through comments, replies, and messages

  • Track analytics and report performance trends

  • Coordinate with editors and strategists to align content output

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or creator

  • Strong understanding of audience growth strategies and platform best practices

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple platforms daily

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (native platform insights, Creator Studio, etc.)
