OFFICE ASSISTANT (RELIEVER)

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any four-year Business Management course
  • With a minimum of at least 1 year of work experience in accounting or bookkeeping functions
  • Highly attentive to details and analytical
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work Location: 6th Floor, Landco Corporate Center, JP Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Check Disbursement.
  • Preparation of Revolving Check voucher.
  • Preparation of Replenishment Report.
  • Control the issuance of Supplies and Accountable Forms.
  • Monitor, transmits, and receives document to/from Head Office.
  • Canvass Materials form Local Supplier.
  • Monitors renewal of issuance of Business Permits.
  • Schedule vehicle dispatch.
  • Monitors vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintains file of updated OR/CR of comany vehicle and motorcycles.
  • Process pre employment folder which will be provided to HR.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior form time to time

Willing to be hired by an AGENCY

Duration: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php13,260.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Davao City (Davao del Sur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
