Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a four (4) year course, of any Business-related course or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have at least three (3) years' work experience
  • Must be a computer literate specifically Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Detailed-oriented and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a driver's license and can drive a 4wheel vehicle.

Job Description:

  • Entertains calls of customers.
  • Provides correct information needed by customers.
  • Coordinates with concerned departments on matters required by customers in the absence of the Assistant Sales and Planning Manager, or refer such matters to the Sales and Planning Manager for disposition
  • Prepares and submits quotation to customers
  • Assists in daily follow-up on customer's requirements.
  • Assists in preparing weekly delivery schedule.
  • Monitors customer's monthly target budget
  • Handles customer's complaints.
  • Submits daily activities, accomplishment and other concerns to the Assistant Sales and Planning Manager at the end of their shift.
