About the Role
We're looking for a HubSpot & Salesforce Expert / Growth Marketer to join our Global Marketing A-Team.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with deep technical knowledge of both platforms and a passion for building scalable automation frameworks that generate measurable results.
You'll own the setup, optimisation, and reporting of workflows, automations, and campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert SMB executives. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, you'll partner closely with the sales team to improve lead flow, and conversion visibility.
Depending on your experience, this position has the potential to expand into a leadership role, where you'll build and lead a marketing operations team around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the HubSpot and Salesforce go-to expert, managing workflows, automations, pipelines, and data alignment.
- Build and optimise email campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads through automation and targeted communication.
- Design and maintain dashboards that deliver real-time insights into pipeline performance and ROI.
- Partner with Global VP of Sales and Global Head of Marketing to improve lead handoff, and conversion tracking.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign and channel performance.
- Report on campaign results, providing clear, actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and process consistency across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, growth marketing, or CRM operations.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub) and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and campaign attribution.
- Proven track record of building and optimising automated marketing funnels that drive measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with reporting dashboards, segmentation, and pipeline analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

- Experience scaling automation across multi-region campaigns.
- Strong business acumen and experience mentoring or managing junior marketing operations staff.
Package:
- Up to PHP 190,000 per month, commensurate with experience and capability.
