What We're Looking For
A new Customer Success Executive role has opened within our EMEA Sales team. This role is central to supporting our commercial workflow - ensuring bookings are accurate, client data is maintained correctly, and campaigns are set up for success from day one.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage Insertion Orders (IOs), bookings, and client information across NetSuite and HubSpot, while coordinating closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced sales environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our advertisers and partners experience smooth onboarding, clean data processes, and timely support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
What you'll do:
Booking & Revenue Management
- Full management of booking inputs in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and alignment with signed IOs.
- Liaise with Sales and Finance to ensure all bookings meet contract and billing requirements.
- Track bookings from opportunity through to closed deal.
- Maintain accurate campaign and client data across multiple accounts in both NetSuite and HubSpot.
- Identify and flag discrepancies between internal systems and assist in resolving them.
- Support monthly finance cycles by ensuring records are complete and compliant.
Client Coordination & Success Support
- Act as a key coordination point between Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance to support campaign setup and delivery.
- Support client onboarding and campaign activation with timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
- Ensure all communication, updates, and booking details are logged in the CRM.
- Provide internal teams with clear and timely updates on campaign status and booking changes.
- Support ongoing client needs to help ensure advertisers are satisfied throughout their campaign lifecycle.
CRM & Client List Management
- Maintain and update HubSpot contact and company records to ensure all data is current and accurate.
- Track agency movements, restructures, and brand changes within the EMEA market and update accordingly.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to keep outreach lists clean, targeted, and compliant.
Data & Availability Support
- Assist with pulling availability, reach, and forecasting data for RFPs or client requests using HubSpot, Excel, or internal tools.
- Ensure all data shared is accurate, verified, and aligned with sales forecasts.
What you'll bring
Essential
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP/financial systems.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and reconciliation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Desirable
- Experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations.
- Understanding of digital media, advertising workflows, and sales cycles in the EMEA market.
