What You'll Do

  • Organize and optimize the workflow of our international sales team, leveraging HubSpot CRM for transparency and performance.
  • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, working directly with our CFO and leadership team to drive insights and improvement.
  • Track conversion rates (quote-to-sale, call-to-sale), identify trends, and surface opportunities for better performance.
  • Review quotes and ensure quality assurance on every deal before it is sent to our clients.
  • Manage sales pipelines: make sure deals are clearly tracked, warm leads are followed up on, and "lost" deals don't slip through unnoticed.
  • Facilitate weekly check-ins with sales reps (via Zoom) to keep everyone focused and accountable for important metrics, client follow-ups, and pipeline health.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound calls using our AI answering system, and provide feedback and reporting to sales staff and leadership.
  • Track and report client churn, working closely with sales reps to re-engage and retain valuable clients.
  • Maintain and update products within our CRM.
  • Collect feedback from clients and sales reps to help improve marketing materials, sample decks, website content, emails, and workflows.
  • Oversee dashboard management for sales reps and the master sales dashboard, so everyone on the team is aligned with real-time data and results.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to minimize refunds and chargebacks, thereby ensuring client satisfaction and stable revenue.
  • Review sales call transcripts and recordings (with support from AI tools), deliver training, and assist reps in continuously improving their approach.
  • Present sales figures weekly in our fast-paced team standups.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue support, or similar role (media, marketing, SaaS a plus).
  • Expert in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms), including pipeline, quote, reporting, and dashboard features.
  • Analytical mindset: you make data-driven decisions and spot both opportunities and issues quickly.
  • Strong organization and communication skills; confident on Zoom and managing virtual teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to helping every member of the sales team succeed.
