The Opportunity: Build the Engine
This isn't a role where you'll just be managing a system; this is a unique opportunity to be the architect and owner of the revenue engine for a fast-growing, US-based cybersecurity leader. We're looking for a hands-on expert to build a world-class Marketing Operations function, replacing a current agency partner and taking full ownership of the GTM tech stack.
You will be the ultimate HubSpot subject matter expert for the client, but your role is much bigger than that. You will be the strategic partner to the Director of Revenue Operations, responsible for architecting the scalable systems and processes that connect Marketing, Sales, and Finance. If you thrive on solving complex integration puzzles and turning strategy into flawless technical execution, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do: Your Mission
- Architect the Marketing & Sales Engine:
You will own the core MOPs function from end-to-end. This includes designing and building the automation that powers the entire lead lifecycle, from lead capture and nurture streams in HubSpot to enabling the SDR team to focus on what they do best: booking meetings. - Own the Quote-to-Cash Integration:
You will be the hands-on technical lead for a critical migration and integration project involving e-commerce platforms (
CommerceHub
) and payment gateways (
Stripe
), ensuring a seamless data flow into HubSpot and out to
NetSuite
. - Build the Attribution Model:
You will take the lead in designing and implementing a
multi-touch attribution model
from the ground up, providing the leadership team with clear, actionable dashboards that prove marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue. - Unify the Tech Stack:
You will be the central owner responsible for managing and troubleshooting the critical data syncs between
HubSpot
,
NetSuite (ERP)
, and
Zendesk (Support)
, ensuring all departments are working from a single source of truth.
What You'll Bring: Your Expertise
- You are the ultimate HubSpot power-user.
This is the single most important requirement. You have deep, demonstrable, and expert-level command of
HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub
and can build complex, multi-stage workflows from scratch. - You are a seasoned MOPs professional
with 3-5+ years of hands-on, technical experience and a portfolio of specific, complex projects you can discuss in detail. - You have mandatory, demonstrable experience
architecting and executing integrations between e-commerce platforms (
Stripe
,
CommerceHub
, etc.) and a CRM like HubSpot. - You have a proven ability to build and manage multi-touch attribution models
that have successfully informed marketing strategy. - You are a true "thinking partner."
You have a strategic, proactive mindset combined with a relentless drive to solve problems and can own projects from end-to-end. - Experience with
NetSuite
and
Zendesk
integrations is highly desired. - Technical proficiency with
WordPress CMS
is a strong plus.
About The Engagement
This is a full-time, long-term contract role. The successful candidate will be contracted with Lumen Partners and will work as a dedicated, fully-integrated member of the client's team.
