About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Expert to lead system implementation, administration, optimisation, and cross-functional process improvements across Finance, Operations, and CRM. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on NetSuite skills, ERP project leadership, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable system solutions.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our NetSuite environment is fully optimised, secure, and aligned with business growth—supporting integrations, automation, reporting enhancements, financial processes, and user adoption.


Key Responsibilities

NetSuite System Management & Optimisation

  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and customisations.
  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and enhancements across multiple departments.
  • Develop and optimise financial and operational processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, inventory, billing, and multi-currency setups).
  • Conduct system audits, data validation, role-based access reviews, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Customisation, Workflows & Technical Enhancements

  • Build and maintain SuiteFlows, SuiteScripts, Advanced PDFs, custom records, and process automation tools.
  • Implement and support SuiteBilling, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Advanced Financials.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide scalable solutions tailored to business needs.

Integrations & Cross-Platform Connectivity

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize integrations with various external platforms and third-party applications as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless data flows and automated reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build Suite Analytics reports, KPIs, dashboards, and financial statements that support business decisions.
  • Support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and month-end processes with real-time reporting tools.

Project Leadership

  • Act as the functional lead for ERP projects, enhancements, UAT/SIT cycles, testing scripts, defect logs, and system go-lives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and external partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP (minimum 3–5 years).

  • Proficiency in:

  • SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (preferred), SuiteBuilder, SuiteBundler

  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets
  • NetSuite OneWorld (multi-entity, multi-currency)
  • SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, reporting
  • Advanced PDF/HTML templates
  • Experience with integrations using Celigo, Workato, CDATA, Avalara, Concur, Tipalti, RFSmart, or similar tools.

Finance & Operations Background

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, consolidation, revenue, billing).
  • Experience supporting or working closely with Finance and Accounting teams.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication abilities with the confidence to lead trainings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator certifications.
  • Experience in PE-backed, SaaS, manufacturing, retail, or multi-subsidiary environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC), or cyber security principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SAP Concur, Sage, Magento, HubSpot, or Power BI.
