Required Qualification/s:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience building and managing integrations between Saas applications

• Strong understanding of REST and/or GraphQL APis, webhooks, and authentication protocols (Auth 2.0, API keys, etc.).

• Proven ability to design and document data workflows and integration logic using tools like Albato, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar iPaas platforms.

• Familiarity with JSON, CSV, and common data formats used in integrations.

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for API and data flow issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualification/s:

• Experience in Saas environments related to events, marketing automation, CRM, or data systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, EventMobi, Marketo).

• Basic scripting or coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) to handle advanced use cases.

• Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) or documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion).

• Experience collaborating with Customer Success or Professional Services teams in a client-facing context.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices (GDPR, SOC 2 awareness).

Ideal Candidate Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field - or equivalent practical experience in technical integrations or automation.

• Technical certifications in API, automation, or integration tools (e.g., Albato, Zapier Expert, Make Partner Certification) are an asset.
