About the role

We are seeking an experienced BPO Trainer / RCM Healthcare Senior Analyst to join our team. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and offers a salary package of up to 60k. As a key member of our AR Billing / Collections- Customer Service and Call Centre team, you will be responsible for training and developing our customer service representatives to ensure the highest levels of service and support for our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for customer service agents
  2. Coaching and mentoring agents to develop their skills and knowledge
  3. Monitoring agent performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement
  4. Collaborating with the operations team to identify training needs and implement effective solutions
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes to ensure training content is relevant and compliant
  6. Contributing to the development of training materials, procedures and job aids
  7. Providing leadership and support to the customer service team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar BPO Trainer / RCM Healthcare Senior Analyst role
  2. Willing to work FULLTIME ONSITE in any of office located in our Quezon City
  3. Willing to work in a NIGHTSHIFT Schedule
  4. Senior Analyst / SME can apply - 3 years of experience in RCM / Healthcare CSR
  5. Strong background in customer service, call centre operations and/or healthcare revenue cycle management
  6. 3-5 years of experience in the US healthcare industry with acute and ambulatory billing
  7. 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management services, with understanding of upstream and downstream
  8. Worked as AR representative and effectively implemented the experiential learning in the new hire batches
  9. In-depth knowledge of denial management and appeal writing for both administrative and clinical denials
  10. Excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  11. In-depth knowledge of contact centre technologies, processes and best practices
  12. Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance and revenue cycle management
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  14. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  15. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
