The MLM Coach/Trainer is responsible for developing, training, and mentoring a network of sales affiliates, agents, and team leaders within the company's multi-level marketing structure. This role ensures that all members are equipped with the skills, motivation, and product knowledge needed to achieve sales growth and build a strong, sustainable network for the company's furniture products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective MLM training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
  • Coach and guide team leaders and members on sales strategies, recruitment techniques, and leadership development.
  • Conduct product knowledge training to ensure all affiliates can confidently promote the company's furniture lines.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement among network members.
  • Organize motivational meetings, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, presentations, and digital content for MLM campaigns.
  • Provide continuous mentorship to ensure consistent growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve MLM strategies and sales techniques.
  • Prepare reports and feedback for management on training effectiveness and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an MLM trainer, coach, or leader, ideally within retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of MLM structures, recruitment systems, and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop individuals and teams.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven personality.
