The Leadership Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced QA & Sanitation Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team and drive our food safety initiatives. You'll supervise 2 QA Staff members while overseeing all quality and sanitation operations in our modern pastry manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise, train, and mentor 2 QA Staff members
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching
Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement
Quality Assurance Management:
Lead HACCP, GMP, and SSOP implementation and documentation
Oversee internal quality inspections and corrective action processes
Coordinate audit preparations and serve as primary contact during regulatory inspections
Review and approve quality reports, procedures, and documentation
Sanitation Operations:
Manage comprehensive sanitation programs and cleaning schedules
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene protocols
Oversee cleaning chemical inventory management and safety procedures
Monitor sanitation effectiveness through environmental testing programs
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:
Coordinate with third-party laboratories for product testing and certifications
Maintain accurate quality and sanitation records for regulatory compliance
Support Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) processes
Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field
2-3 years of hands-on experience in QA or food manufacturing operations
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, GMP, and food safety regulations
Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bakery, pastry, or baked goods manufacturing
Previous experience managing QA teams or departments
Familiarity with FSSC 22000 or similar food safety management systems
Internal audit experience or certification
Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations and food safety standards

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: On-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan
