QA Supervisor

The Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to join our dynamic team at SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. As our QA Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes and end-products. This is a full-time position that offers excellent growth and development opportunities within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures and systems to maintain the highest standards of product quality
2. Oversee and coordinate all quality control activities, including inspection, testing and monitoring at various stages of the manufacturing process
3. Analyse quality data, identify trends and initiate corrective actions to address any non-conformities or defects
4. Train and mentor the quality assurance team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge
5. Liaise with production, engineering and other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality practices
6. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and the company's quality management system
7. Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, reports and records

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Supervisor or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, tools and best practices
3. Proficient in interpreting and applying quality standards, regulations and industry guidelines
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels
6. Proven track record in leading and motivating a quality assurance team
7. Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related technical field
