Job Summary:

  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for commissary operations, including production,
  • quality assurance, procurement, logistics, warehousing, food safety, and compliance. Ensures cost
  • efficiency, product quality, and timely supply to all brands and franchisees. Directs commissary
  • growth strategies, margin control, and innovation pipeline, while aligning commissary
  • performance with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commissary operations to achieve production and quality KPIs.
  • Oversee supply chain, procurement, and warehousing.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, LLDA, and LGU requirements.
  • Manage cost controls and achieve NOI.
  • Drive product innovation pipeline with R&D.
  • Track spoilage, yield, and efficiency targets.
  • Align output with brand demand forecasts.
  • Report quarterly KPI progress to COO and CEO.
