Corporate Sales Manager

The Sales Manager (Corporate) is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic inbound and outbound sales initiatives and effective management of the corporate sales team. They are mainly responsible for identifying sales opportunities and implementing different sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for corporate and government accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new inbound and outbound business opportunities within the department's scope, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients
  • Lead government and private corporation bidding and ensure that awarded projects are fulfilled and the payments are collected following the contract schedule
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally in lifestyle, consumer electronics, or hardware industry
  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, marketing, or engineering
  • Highly analytical and has strong business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools
