We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will take charge of employee management and provide operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations. The ideal candidate is someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — a person who takes HR as a passion, has a genuine heart for people, and believes that employee success drives company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of employee management, including attendance, performance monitoring, and employee relations.
  • Partner with department heads to support operational goals and align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR records, reports, and trackers with high accuracy.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
  • Strong background in employee management and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel (data management, reporting, and analysis).
  • Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
