Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Cebu. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Qualifications
- HR strategy development and implementation skills
- Employee relations management, recruitment, and talent acquisition skills
- Performance management and talent development skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role is a plus
