Job Summary:

The Strategic Business Partner (SBP) is a key enabler of business success, responsible for aligning people strategies with organizational goals to drive transformation and operational excellence. This role expands beyond traditional HR business partnering, encompassing Organizational Development & Efficiency, Talent Fulfillment, Organizational Change Adaptation & Management, and Talent Development.

The SBP also plays a critical role in end-to-end business partnering, ensuring a seamless integration of learning, engagement, reporting, and analytics while fostering strategic Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the business. This position champions internal HR expertise tailored to business needs, supports organizational transformation, and integrates technology, strategy, processes, and people to achieve maximum business value.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree advantage).
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, or strategic HR leadership roles.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, change management, and learning & development.
  • Proven experience in driving organizational transformation and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and change leadership skills.

  • Strengthen employee engagement and commitment strategies by fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
  • Technology & Strategic Integration
  • Advocate for HR technology adoption, ensuring seamless integration of P&C systems, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Align business strategy, processes, and technology to optimize operational effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with IT and P&C tech teams to implement digital tools that improve workforce planning and organizational agility.
  • Leverage reports and analytics to drive data-informed decisions on people strategy and business impact.
  • Partner with P&C and business leaders to manage internal transfers, promotions, and redeployments efficiently.
  • Ensure business continuity through data-driven talent mobility and skills-based workforce planning.
  • Define and implement a redefined value proposition for OCM and special projects, making them more agile and impactful.
  • Align technology, strategy, processes, and people to maximize efficiency in organizational transformations.
  • Conduct change impact analyses and drive communication strategies that improve change adoption rates.
  • Identify and bridge skills gaps through internal mobility, upskilling, and career development programs.
  • Strengthen succession planning and leadership development, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
