Customer Service Engineer

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfil optimum efficiency of this position:
Responsibilities:
Performs repair and maintenance of machines
Provides on-site and on-call service support to customers
Conducts technical and operational Trainings to customers
Submits Service and Inventory Report
Comply to customer's SLA and Team's KPI.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical /Electronic Engineering /Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2 years working experience in the related field. Production/ Electro Mechanical machinery, familiarity with robotics, electrical/electronics, and mechanical systems.
Technical and Analytical skills are required. Preferably, can handle both software and hardware systems.
Strong Communication and time management skill.
Initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
Written and verbal proficiency in English and Filipino.
Basic Computer Knowledge and can work using Microsoft Office.
Stay in QC site assignment mainly, willing to travel domestically and international
Willing to work on a shifting Schedule and during Holidays
Candidates from Pampanga (San fernando / clark) are preferred.
