MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfil optimum efficiency of this position:

Responsibilities:

  • Performs repair and maintenance of machines

  • Provides on-site and on-call service support to customers

  • Conducts technical and operational Trainings to customers

  • Submits Service and Inventory Report

  • Comply to customer's SLA and Team's KPI.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical /Electronic Engineering /Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • 2 years working experience in the related field. Production/ Electro Mechanical machinery, familiarity with robotics, electrical/electronics, and mechanical systems.

  • Technical and Analytical skills are required. Preferably, can handle both software and hardware systems.

  • Strong Communication and time management skill.

  • Initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Written and verbal proficiency in English and Filipino.

  • Basic Computer Knowledge and can work using Microsoft Office.

  • Stay in QC site assignment mainly, willing to travel domestically and international

  • Willing to work on a shifting Schedule and during Holidays

  • Candidates from Pampanga (San fernando / clark) are preferred.
