  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  6. Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  3. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  4. A positive, friendly, and patient demeanour to provide exceptional customer service
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is highly preferred
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
