About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  5. Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
