About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This full-time role based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, does not require any prior BPO experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  5. Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
