Estancia de Lorenzo is a premier hospitality and events destination known for its excellent service, unique experiences, and passion for culinary excellence. We are looking for a talented and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and elevate the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Develop creative, high-quality menus aligned with the brand's standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff to achieve peak performance
  • Collaborate with management for special events, banquets, and seasonal menus

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef (hospitality/events background preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and cost control
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for food innovation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
