Responsible for training for a startup bakeshop specializing in croissants and Asian breads. Responsible for maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures of the workplace. Job Specifications Has a proven track record in pastry and breads with formal education in pastry/breads and food science/technology education. Minimum 10 years experience, excluding years in culinary school. Should possess artistic skill in design, flavor, and dough development. Able to create signature product creation.
