SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the Application Program to make sure all work hours of developers are charged to the right project codes each month, and on time
  • Report to the onshore program finance led to capitalizing the hours/time of all the developers at Quantrics
  • Perform administrative duties related to project finance and schedule
  • Produce, track, and maintain invoicing and payment schedules
  • Implement changes to project finance, manage data and systems
  • Identify discrepancies in financial aspect and evaluate impacts to the project
  • Evaluate cost, schedule and KPI (including EVM or Earned Value Management) to measure project performance
  • Process changes requests and implement changes to project schedule
  • Project documentation and reporting during the project life cycle
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders involved in the project
  • Execute the control processes implemented by the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Participate, lead process in procedure improvement activities and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar courses.
  • 2+ years of experience in project control in project management environment.
  • CAPM or PMP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Hybrid Setup - Reporting once a month onsite in San Mateo, Rizal
  • Amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT)
