Overview

Play a key role in ensuring the financial health and accountability of construction and development projects. Involves comprehensive cost planning, budget control, procurement support, and post-contract cost management across a diverse portfolio that includes land development, industrial building construction, and retail fit-out projects. Maintaining close collaboration with project engineers, designers, and site teams, and external contractors to ensure that each project is executed efficiently within the budget, and in accordance with quality standards and timelines.

Duties

  • Assists in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and Material take-offs
  • Monitoring expenses and verifying payment requests from suppliers/contractors
  • Conducting site visits to validate actual works done for evaluation and to check if works are aligned with the estimated cost.
  • Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for accurate quantity assessments.
  • Generating reports of budget (tracking) in order for
  • Participate in Project Meeting to report on cost and material updates

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Professional License is required (Registered Civil Engr. or related license)
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in cost estimating, quantity take-offs, or construction finance
  • Experience in Horizontal (Subdivision), Vertical (Building), or fit-out projects (Advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Excel or cost estimating softwares, and AutoCAD
  • Can communicate and work well with the team
  • Can adapt to multi-project management
  • Can Drive 4-wheeled Manual Vehicle
  • With Valid Driver's License.
