About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a skilled Document Controller/Timekeeper to join our growing team in our San Mateo Rizal project. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation, as well as accurately tracking employee timesheets and attendance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining and updating the project's document control system, including the logging, tracking, and filing of all project-related documents
  2. Ensuring the timely distribution and archiving of documents, drawings, and records in accordance with company policies and procedures
  3. Providing support in the preparation and submission of project reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required
  4. Managing the employee time tracking and attendance system, including verifying and approving timesheets
  5. Assisting with other administrative tasks and duties as needed to support the overall project management process

What we're looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience in a similar document control or timekeeper role within the construction or a related industry
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in records management
  4. Proficiency in using document control and time tracking software, such as MS Office and project management tools
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
