With our own fully equipped fabrication as well as hot dip galvanizing  plant and skilled teams of welders, fabricators, machinists, electricians, and galvanizers, we deliver quality projects nationwide.

We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed engineer to join us as Fabrication Plant Supervisor, someone who can lead our people, improve their skills, and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

·      Supervise and oversee fabrication and galvanizing plant operations.

  • Read, interpret, and implement engineering plans, structural drawings, and specifications.
  • Train and mentor plant teams (welders, fabricators, machinists, electricians, galvanizers) to upgrade their skills and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to align requirements and resolve issues.
  • Present project updates clearly to clients and management.
  • Protect confidential project information and company data.
  • Uphold compliance with international and local engineering standards (AISC, AWS, ASTM, ISO, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mechanical or Civil Engineer (required).
  • 7+ years of experience in steel fabrication, galvanizing, or related industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural steel, welding processes, and galvanizing operations.
  • Proven leadership and team training experience in a plant or production environment.
  • Excellent ability to interpret and execute technical designs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing people, suppliers, and clients face-to-face.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
