Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Mateo Rizal. What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, collaborating with project teams to implement corrective actions
  • Oversee the testing and inspection of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve quality processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a QAQC Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
