Job Description

  • Directly reporting to admin manager;
  • Provide administrative support in a variety of functions of the company;
  • Review, prioritize, direct and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential request that are presented to the executive for considerations;
  • Respond to our routes priority or confidential inquiries from external/internal sources with correspondence on behalf of the executive;
  • Process company documents such as Business Registration, DTI, SEC, BIR Registration, Mayor's Permit;
  • Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
  • Order office supplies
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
