Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is required
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and google sheet
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strategic and clear leadership skills
- Able to meet multiple deadlines
- Have skills in solving problems
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
Job Description
- Directly reporting to admin manager;
- Provide administrative support in a variety of functions of the company;
- Review, prioritize, direct and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential request that are presented to the executive for considerations;
- Respond to our routes priority or confidential inquiries from external/internal sources with correspondence on behalf of the executive;
- Process company documents such as Business Registration, DTI, SEC, BIR Registration, Mayor's Permit;
- Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
- Order office supplies
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
