Customer Support Representative (Work from Home – Contract)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our international clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a work-from-home position with company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Must be a College Graduate, or
  • A non-graduate with at least 6 months of international voice support experience
  • Internet Connection: Minimum of 35 Mbps (proof of billing required showing home address)
  • Equipment: PC and monitor will be provided (to be picked up at the Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas office)
  • Work Environment: Must have a quiet and conducive workspace suitable for remote work
  • Location / Hiring Zones: Open to candidates from NCR, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and potentially Bulacan (to be confirmed)

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Up to Php22,500.00 per month
