Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Nao Medical, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls related to billing, inquiries, scheduling, and general patient support. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
You will be part of a fast-paced team that supports our clinics and patients while maintaining our commitment to care, transparency, and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding billing, insurance, and general inquiries.
- Assist patients with understanding their bills, payments, and insurance coverage.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Document all call interactions and maintain detailed records in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Escalate complex cases or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or billing role (preferably in a healthcare setting).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in call handling and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance, or healthcare terminology is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to work on Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
- Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
- Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
- Clear webcam (1080p or higher) and microphone.
- Backup systems for power and internet outages.
