Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing retention campaigns, driving sales, and managing collections efforts. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, retain existing customers, increase sales revenue, and ensure timely collection of payments through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote retention.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce customer churn and enhance loyalty.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services aligned with customer needs to boost sales revenue.
  • Manage overdue accounts by negotiating payment arrangements, reminding customers of outstanding balances, and facilitating collections.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Follow company policies and compliance regulations during all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets related to retention, sales, and collections.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or collections preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and patiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retention campaigns or loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of collections processes and regulations.
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable).
