As part of a growing group of wellness and lifestyle brands, our Customer Service team
supports not only 310 Nutrition but also sister brands such as Kashmere. Representatives are expected to handle inquiries across multiple brands, ensuring consistent service quality and brand voice alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our
growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, communicates with empathy, and thrives in a structured yet fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will serve as the frontline representative of the brand, managing customer interactions across various channels while ensuring each experience reflects 310 Nutrition's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide accurate, timely, and friendly support via email, live chat, and phone.
● Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product-related
inquiries.
● Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs within the CRM system.
● Coordinate with the fulfillment and operations teams to resolve delivery or inventory
concerns.
● Identify recurring issues and escalate them to improve processes and customer
experience.
● Uphold service-level standards and contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals.
● Support post-purchase engagement efforts such as follow-ups, feedback collection,
and retention activities.
Core Qualifications
● 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within an e-commerce or
consumer goods environment.
● Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
● Ability to handle multiple communication channels efficiently (calls, live chat, email).
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in managing orders and customer
follow-ups.
● Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and
collaboratively.
