Job Summary

The Marketing and Sales Director will be a strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive planning, development, and execution of all marketing and sales initiatives for Recherche Phoenix Beauty Essential Inc., a company specializing in the beauty and skincare industry.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a decade of experience to drive revenue, expand market presence, and manage both independent contractors and internal teams, ensuring alignment with the Company's business objectives.

1. Strategic Leadership and Planning

  • Develop and execute a cohesive, long-term marketing and sales strategy to maximize market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and refine the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from a market perspective, ensuring that marketing campaigns and sales initiatives are aligned with product launches in the beauty and skincare sector.

2. Sales Management and Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including the oversight of independent Service Providers who are engaged to promote, market, and sell the Company's products/services.
  • Establish rigorous reporting metrics and require regular sales reports to monitor performance and forecast future sales.

3. Marketing and Brand Development

  • Direct all marketing functions, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, advertising, and public relations, to enhance the Company's brand presence.
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing materials effectively and professionally represent the Company at all times.
  • Spearhead initiatives to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Director-level role, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales channels, including the management of geographically dispersed teams or contractor networks (e.g., outside the National Capital Region).

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and modern marketing techniques.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage budgets (e.g., professional and operational fees) and achieve profitable growth.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, necessary for professional representation and contract negotiation.
  • Highly qualified and possess the necessary expertise to assist the Company in achieving its sales objectives.
