Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, managing customer service, directing team activities and driving sales development efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, setting targets, managing the sales team, enhancing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Operations and Markerting.
  • Experience in Sales Director is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
