Makati City, Philippines
 — Head Office-based role overseeing the pre-opening and operations of the Batangas resort and future DMCIHomes Hotel & Leisure properties.

A new resort destination is rising in Batangas — the first of several planned condotel resorts designed to redefine what a resort experience can be. As we prepare to open our flagship property, we're building a visionary leadership team that will shape not just one resort, but a brand that will grow across future destinations.

We're looking for a 
Director for Marketing
 — a creative and strategic leader who can turn a destination into a brand and a brand into a must-visit experience.

Your Role

You'll lead the full marketing journey — from concept to launch to long-term growth. In the pre-opening phase, you'll drive the brand development process, create the resort's identity, visual style, and tone of voice, and lead all pre-opening marketing, PR, and digital campaigns.

Once operational, you'll manage integrated marketing efforts across digital, PR, social, and traditional channels to keep the resort top of mind and drive bookings and engagement.

Beyond the first resort, you'll play a key role in shaping the marketing framework and brand standards for 
future condotel resorts
 under the same group.

What You Bring

  • At least 
    10 years' experience
     in marketing or communications for hotels, resorts, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven pre-opening experience
     and strong creative direction skills
  • Solid expertise in 
    digital marketing, PR, and brand management
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
