Job Summary:

  • Develops and implements the company's branding and marketing strategy, including brand positioning, marketing communications, and media.
  • Directs a staff of four in all facets of online marketing, including campaign development and rollout, website and social media administration, paid promotion, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Participates in the Excom and is responsible for developing the company's long-term marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • A marketing expert with at least ten (10) years of experience, including five years in a people management role.
  • Strong blend of traditional and digital marketing expertise.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have experience or knowledge in real estate, brokerage, or a related industry.
